Restricted Access Area Utilities

The Restricted Access Area of the VDEM site serves as an alternate communications pathway to more effectively serve Virginia localities during emergency operations and is for OFFICIAL USE ONLY. If you are not an authorized user, please return to the VDEM home page.

Local government representatives and other designated emergency management professionals must obtain individual user names and passwords through VITA's Pegasus System to access this area of the VDEM Web site.

The Access Utilities links below will enable you to create and maintain your account. The system requires that you change your password every three months and will notify you by e-mail when it is about to expire.

  Use this link to request access to the Restricted Access Area. All account inquiries will be submitted to VDEM for approval.
• Profile Manager
  Use this link to update account information, change a password or resolve a forgotten password.
